Entry Process

Because clubs may enter only one team in each category, and on a first come first serve basis: Beginning November 1st, clubs may reserve playdown spots for their club’s teams by mailing a memo to the OVCA Events Coordinator Peter Smith along with a cheque for each event for which they wish to enter a team. The deadline for RESERVING event spots will be November 30th.
